What should I include?
Start with:
- Your model: Mini 2T, Mini 2, Mini 2 Pro or Lite 2. Is one Tracker or the entire set affected?
- What happens: For example, no connection, reversed legs, no charging response or an update error.
- When it happens: Immediately after startup, only when sitting or after some time.
- What you have tried: Cable changes, reconnecting the receiver, resets, and the results.
- Something we can see: A screenshot or short video helps us understand.
Versions, receiver placement and USB connections are helpful too. Write “not sure” where needed; you do not need to investigate every setting before asking.

Tool and firmware versions (if known):For tracking problems, record the same movement in SlimeVR and the game. For connection problems, include a receiver-placement photo. For update problems, include the full error screen and file name.

Tell us the model, hardware version and whether you are configuring a Tracker or receiver so we can provide the matching files.
Normal updates use the Dawn OTA Update Center, without extra software.
Dawn Tracker Tools and the Dawn Tracker (WCH) flashing tool are available in our Discord and QQ support group, or from support.

Pair extra Trackers with the matching receiver after arrival. Ask us if you need help.
