Changing the radio channel
Advanced settings for wireless interference or multiple receivers.
Changing the radio channel may help with wireless interference or when using multiple receivers. Everyday use does not normally require a change. For occasional disconnects, check receiver placement, the USB data cable and Tracker battery levels first.
Before changing channels
- Follow Connection troubleshooting to check your connections and receiver placement.
- If your receiver firmware supports it, use that page's “Scan for wireless interference” card and open ⓘ to view the results.
- Note your current settings and scan results so you can compare them afterward. Contact us if you are unsure which channel to choose.
